Meetings & Minutes

​Monthly HOA Board Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday each month at 6:00pm at the location noted below -- unless otherwise specified on the Home page.  These meetings are open to association members -- all are encouraged to attend and get involved!

Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Meetings. The ACC meets as needed to address ACC and RFI related business.  Please contact the VP/ACC Chair via the Contact us page about any upcoming meetings and/or if interested in becoming a member of the committee.   

 

Audit Committee Meetings are held quarterly. Contact the Treasurer via the Contact us page if interested in becoming a member of the committee.

 

Annual HOA meeting. The annual meeting is typically held at an event space (with breakfast included) on the 4th Saturday in January.  Association members will receive notification of the meeting in late December or January. Contact any Board member for information about this.

 

Meeting Minutes. Minutes from HOA meetings are available to members upon request. For convenience, monthly and annual minutes for at least the current and previous calendar year are available below along with audit reports.

 

There is usually a lag in posting minutes - if you want to get a copy of minutes "pending" - Don't hesitate to contact us here.
