Code of Virginia -- Association Complaint From

Pursuant to Chapter 29 of Title 55 of the Code of Virginia, the Board of Directors (Board) of the Village at Innsbrook (Association) has established the complaint form below for use by persons who wish to file complaints with the Association regarding the action, inaction or decision by the governing board, managing agent or association inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations.

If you have complaint, please download the imbedded PDF form above (click on file name to open, then save or print), legibly describe the complaint in the area provided, as well as the requested action or resolution of the issues described in the complaint. Include reference to specific facts and/or circumstances at issue and the provisions of Virginia laws and regulations that support the complaint.  And attach additional pages if there is insufficient space. Include any supporting documents, correspondences and/or other material relevant to the complaint and either mail it to the HOA at the address below or scan and email it to the Board's president at:  president@thevillageatinnsbrook.com.
