2025 ANNUAL MEETING

Mark your calendars for our Annual HOA Member Meeting that's coming up on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the The Place, 4036 Cox Road, Suite C, Glen Allen, VA 23060.  

 

HOA business that will be conducted at the meeting includes: 

​

• Election of Board of Directors. 

• Review of 2024 Financials and presentation of the 2025 Assessment.

Your vote is important.  If not able to make it to the meeting, please see page 5 in the link above to download the Proxy form --- sign and return it per instructions on the form.  

 

A buffet breakfast for two is complimentary for registered members of the Association.  Additional guests are welcome, but the cost of their meals ($16.00 per person) is not covered by the HOA, and they are not eligible to vote on any Board matters.

Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the newly elected HOA Board will meet to organize.​​
