2026 ANNUAL MEETING​

 

Annual HOA Member Meeting was held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the The Place, 4036 Cox Road, Suite C, Glen Allen, VA 23060.  We look forward to seeing you in 2027

A buffet breakfast for two is complimentary for registered members of the Association.  Additional guests are welcome, but the cost of their meals ($16.00 per person) is not covered by the HOA, and they are not eligible to vote on any Board matters.

​

Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the newly elected HOA Board will meet to organize.​​
