The Village at Innsbrook is a wonderful wooded community in Glen Allen Virginia, just minutes west of Richmond Virginia, with convenient access to some of best schools, shopping, and roadways in the region.

This site provides key information about the HOA -- its board of directors, meetings, bylaws, and social events as well as key information about architectural guidelines, improvement requests, and restrictions.

Annual Meeting on January 25

Our neighborhood HOA Annual Meeting is January 25 at 8:30am. Be on the lookout for the annual package being sent by US Mail and email. You can also find information in the link in the menu of the website.

The Request for Improvement (RFI) form can be downloaded from here. This form must be submitted to the Board (vp@thevillageatinnsbrook.com) and approved prior to making any changes to the exterior of your home, any improvements upon your property and removal of trees (>6" in diameter). Please see the "Architectural Control" page for additional information and guidelines.
